Shipping Policy
All shipments are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, TX 75220.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. A&M Store Fixtures does not control or set freight rates, but we always aim to ship orders using the most cost-effective method available.
• Small to mid-size orders typically ship via UPS or FedEx Ground
• Larger or heavier orders will ship via motor freight or common carrier (prepaid and added to the invoice)
• Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx

Return Policy
All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service team. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
• Items must be returned in original packaging and in new, unused condition
• Returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date
• A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
• No returns will be accepted after 15 days
Non-returnable items include:
• Custom or special orders
• Imprinted products
• Closeout items
• Used merchandise
For drop-shipped items, the manufacturer’s return policy will apply.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including both outgoing and return freight.

Damaged Merchandise Policy
All damage claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
UPS / FedEx Shipments
• If damage is discovered after opening, contact us immediately
• Do not return the item yourself
• Keep all original packaging and materials for inspection
Motor Freight Shipments
• Inspect all items at delivery
• If damage is visible, note it on both copies of the delivery receipt and have the driver sign
• For concealed damage, retain packaging and contact the carrier to request an inspection
We are happy to assist with filing claims if needed. Please do not refuse or return damaged goods without contacting us first.

Back Orders
If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder unless otherwise requested.
• Backordered items will ship as they become available
• Additional shipping charges may apply for multiple shipments
